Christine Williams started as a William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty agent 18 years ago and has been a top producing agent in Fairfield County ever since. Her success, especially when working with first time buyers to the area and with homeowners looking to downsize, comes from her patience, perseverance, and ability to “connect the dots” using her knowledge of local property markets and inventories to act quickly.
No matter what her clients’ goals are, Christine knows how to minimize clients’ stress, maximize a property’s value, and ensure a seamless transition to a new home.
A resident of New Canaan for the last 30 years where she and her husband raised their four children, Christine personally knows what it is like to make the leap from New York City lights to country life in Fairfield County. She is watched how her children thrived in the nationally ranked school system, from pre-K through high school graduation, where they found an environment of academic excellence, team sports leadership, extra-curricular activities, and volunteerism.
When not building marketing plans for a listing, showing properties to buyers, or negotiating an offer, Christine devotes her energies to local philanthropies, volunteer work and clubs throughout the county. Her volunteer work with The Frisbee Foundation, The Waveny Care Center and others has given her a first-hand view of the unique qualities that make up life in New Canaan, as well as neighboring towns of Darien, Westport, and Greenwich. She is also a licensed realtor in New York State and Florida.
Christine is a member of the New Canaan Board of Realtors (where she served as Chair of the Program Committee), Darien Multiple Listing Services, Connecticut Multiple listing Services and The New York State Board of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. She is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and has been a Platinum Award Agent at William Pitt Sotheby’s for successive years since forever.
