There’s a psychological knack for helping people buy a house which Christine really exemplifies. I had a lot of doubts that I could find something within my limited means during such a crazy time of buyers’ competitions. Christine guided me so well in being realistic yet hopeful. Her insights and strategies and patience actually made the process enjoyable. Whether you have lots of money or a limited budget, I would recommend Christine as a realtor who knows her stuff and can share it with you to help you find the right house for you.

I was working with a different local agent prior to Christine. I was a first-time homebuyer with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. I had met with a couple of realtors before Christine, but as soon as the first meeting I knew instantly that she was the one for me. Christine took time to help me learn and understand the housing market. She went through the home buying process in a very detailed manner and made sure I fully understood. The first meeting I had with Christine was very informative and educational. I felt like I was in good hands.

Christine has been responsive and excellent since the first phone call. She made the experience so easy and enjoyable, especially for first-time home-buyers like me. She does an excellent job making sure I understand the process of buying, important deadlines and makes sure that there are no unexpected issues with the closing. We had few issues in the closing day due to carelessness of a title company (suggested by my mortgage) but Christine went above and beyond to help me the house close successfully.

Her professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. Grateful and thankful for all her support! I recommend her wholeheartedly!

We recently sold our home through Christine and the experience was great! She made the process extremely easy and everything went through without a hitch. Christine is so down to earth and super easy to work with. The team that she works with for pictures and staging all top notch.

I really loved the use of technology to help with our selling experience too. Reports showing how many views we were getting, to the user friendly app Showtime that allowed us to manage scheduling and receiving feedback.
