I really enjoyed working with Christle. My closing came only 1 short month after the accepted bid and so she had to work fast to make sure everything was taken care of. As I live several hours from where the home was located, much of what was done had to be corresponded through e-mail and texting, Christle made sure to keep me up to speed on all that was happening and what needed done on my part to get everything accomplished before the closing. She was thorough and went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. I will definitely use Christle. in the future.

Christle is one of the best real estates agents I've had the pleasure of working with. She takes the time to understand you and gets to know what you are looking for in a new home and then runs with it. She is overly accommodating, giving up her weekends to work with you, and is completely honest. I highly recommend her as a buying or selling agent, as she will go the extra mile for you on a regular basis until you are completely satisfied. You won't be disappointed if you chose to work with her.

I had the distinct pleasure of working with Christle Robinson in the fall of 2008. I met Christle at the Black Hills Real Estate office in Deadwood; she was a wealth of information of the local communities, and immediately begin researching townhomes that I would be interested in seeing. I found Christle's approach refreshing to many seasoned real eatate agents. Christle lined up 38 properties for me to review and choose from while planning for my return visit to South Dakota. I was most impressed with the research, organization and endless time she provided me when returning 3 months later to purchase a townhome. Christle spent 3 days driving from one community to the next touring townhomes and sharing information on the local communities. She had established relationships with other relators so she had access to get information or see properties coming online over the weekend. Christle clearly understood the priorities I was looking for in a townhome and easily established a list of those that met my 'needs' vs. 'desires'. She was determined to assist me in finding the perfect townhome before I returned home to Rhode Island. I highly recommend working with Christle if you are looking for someone who is detailed, organized, and works around your timeframe for buying a home. She is a good listner and able to narrow down properties that fit your search. I will use Christle again when buying or selling my next home.

Christle was fantastic. She has an extremely high work ethic. She was very responsive, and always either answered my calls or promptly returned them. She was really on my side for the entire transaction, and I really felt like she was representing my interests 100% without letting outside factors (commissions/making the sale/etc) influence her actions. She was very patient with me, and helped me find the home that was right for my needs . . . not the home that maximized her commissions. In my experience, finding a realtor at Christle's level of work ethic, especially in the role of buyer's agent, is exceedingly rare. Christle is also very knowledgeable about the black hills area, and about issues unique to the Black Hills area. She went out of her way to make sure I was aware of these type issues. I would not consider partnering with any other realtor in the Black Hills area.

Christle has a high level of integrity and has been a wealth of information for us. She goes out of her way to try to fit to our schedule and is tireless. I am impressed by her positive attitude and perserverence. She is an excellent listener and somehow seems to magically know exactly what we want. I would higly recommend her as a listing agent or a buyers agent. Out of state people shold contact her if they are coming to the area, she will be able to provide more than just housing information.

Christle Robinson has been our listing agent on two properties. She is extremely efficient and her knowledge of the real estate market gave us confidence in our decisions. In addition, any concerns on our part were remedied immediately. Christle is quite prompt in returning calls and does so in a professional, courteous manner. We began the process of looking for a home in the Black Hills when we were living in Ohio. I sent Christle an email, requesting property information. It wasn't long before I had a telephone call from her. She asked questions about what our family needed and what we would like to call home. Prior to us moving to the area she had a schedule for us. Every home she picked out met criteria we gave her. She is extremely knowledgable about the properties in the area. We were really impressed with the fact that she listened. If we every need to find property again I hope it is in the area that she covers! She knew what we wanted more than we did! She advocated for us throughout the purchasing phase. Christle was our realtor and helped us to purchase our retirement home in the Black Hills. She is the most honest and dependable realtor I've ever worked with. Everytime we were shown a house, she would point out the positive as well as the negative points of the house. She was not in it JUST to sell us a house, but she wanted the purchase to be something within our budget as well as a good fit for us. When Christle found us the right house, she immediately drew up the contract and had it at the sellers realtor office within a few hours. Throughout the entire transaction, Christle was in contact with us every step of the way. We did not have to second guess anything and there were no surprises. She is detailed and let us know what the next steps would be throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Christle to anyone who wants to purchase a home in the black hills.
