About Christopher

Born and raised in Spokane, Chris Canning has witnessed the tremendous change and growth that has transformed our area into one of the most sought-after cities in the nation. Chris has taken the knowledge gained from founding and growing local software startup, Assisted Life Solutions, and coupled that with his area knowledge to become an incredible go-to resource for buying and marketing homes. Raised into a family with strong roots in construction and development, Chris has held various jobs throughout the years within the construction industry. Most notably, framing, siding, and landscaping homes for some of the area’s most prestigious custom home builders. This experience has provided Chris a firm understanding of the ins and outs of new construction and development and helped him establish a vast network of relationships in our area.

Chris is an accomplished Real Estate Broker with Coldwell Banker Tomlinson. In March of 2020, Chris was recognized as a Recipient of the International Presidents Award for Production in 2019, an award granted to the top 5% of all real estate agents within Coldwell Banker, Internationally. Throughout his career in Real Estate and as recently as November 2021, Chris was recognized as a top 10 sales agent with the Spokane Association of Realtors®. He has been recognized frequently as one of his offices top producing agents most recently being named top producing agent of the months of March, June, and October of 2021, April, May, and June 2019. In 2017, he was Coldwell Banker's recipient of the "Rookie of the Year" award. Chris is active with the Spokane Association of Realtors® and the National Association of Realtors®.
