About Christopher

Christopher was born and raised in NE Philadelphia, graduating from Archbishop Ryan HS. He then went on to attend Shippensburg University, graduating in 2000. Christopher now resides in Lafayette Hill, PA. He is a husband and father to three great kids! Christopher has been engaged in real estate in many capacities since 2004.

Early on he was involved in publishing a For Sale by Owner Magazine in South Jersey. From there he began offering Flat Fee MLS listings to FSBO home sellers. Christopher is also a real estate investor (owning properties as a property owner as well as participating in many successful home rehabs and some new construction). He spent 5+ years serving on the Board of Directors for the Montgomery County Association of Realtors. Chris is currently licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Louisiana, and Arkansas.
