He and his partner Devin Kogel formed The Kogel-Daish Team to exceed expectations and are rewarded for their results as members of Corcoran’s prestigious Multimillion Dollar Club.

Working throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens, Chris knows the neighborhoods and understands the transition one makes when moving to a new home – whether it be across town, to another borough, or from a foreign country. This native Australian relocated to the U.S. in 1998 to attend U.C. Berkeley in California, where he majored in 20th Century Art History. His dream to come to NYC and be part of its artistic community was realized in 2006, and he’s loved every minute since.

Prior real estate, Chris honed his keen eye for design and architecture assisting a world-renowned interior artist. He also spent many years in the downtown restaurant industry perfecting his customer service skills and traveled the world as a model. His seasoned experiences and extensive connections around the globe distinguish him in his industry, and greatly benefit his real estate.

A resident of Murray Hill, Chris spends his free time working at the Bowery Mission in East Harlem in their “Jobs for Life Program.” Whenever able, he also enjoys overseas travel as a means to broaden his horizons and discover architectural inspiration.
