Chris Dardano is everything that I could ask for in an agent. He met with my husband and I (and our 4yr old daughter) on a weekend, on a holiday when and where it was convenient for us. That first day he was able to answer all of our questions as first time homebuyers. He made sure to ask what we were looking for in a property.

Within just a few days, he was already sending us properties, setting up visits as necessary. We had an offer into our dream house within one week of our first meeting. From that point forward, Chris was always available to answer any questions and to help us navigate the new experience. I truly believe that he always tried to work things out so that we as inexperienced homebuyers did not get hit with the "short end of the stick".

The entire process went by seemlessly and we are now Homeowners! I will recomend Chris to all my family and friends as a great agent.

Chris Dardano was my buyer’s agent for the purchase of a small seasonal manufactured home in New York. He exceeded my expectations throughout the entire process. Even though this home was relatively inexpensive, Chris took the time and effort to coordinate all of the on-site activities from the initial showing to the final walkthrough, while I remained remote during the pandemic. He provided excellent referrals for other professionals, such as the settlement attorney and home repair contractors. He had good suggestions for the resolution of complications that came up during the transaction. I trust Chris Dardano, and I would recommend him to anyone interested in buying or selling a home.

Rosa and I just recently sold a house in California with a different company and we had a terrible experience. So we were referred to Christopher Dardano to sell our house Clay, New York. What a 180 degree experience, he work with us with professionalism and I didn’t feel like he was trying to sell and move on to the next house to make a profit. He was all about customer service. He help every step of the way to get the house ready to be sold and had many showings when it went on the market the first week. I have to say that he went above and beyond to make sure that our house was in prestige condition for a new owner. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Real Estate Agent.

Anyone who is searching for a realtor should seriously consider Chris. I would and do recommend him to everyone I know without hesitation.

He understands the market, is calm, patient, helpful, responsive, organized, and has helped me in easy and difficult markets. Selling he has a great eye for staging and was incredibly helpful to me. Buying he was VERY knowledgeable when discussing house features and concerns.

We had a great experience with Chris! He was very personable and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of our questions and made whole the process very smooth. The whole thing went quickly - once we found a house to buy he listed ours and was able to sell it with multiple offers above asking price after showing it for only one weekend. It was really important to us to have both closings on the same date, which worked out as well. Buying/selling/moving is always going to have a certain amount of stress but for us everything went about as smoothly as it could have. We felt very fortunate.
