Started with a phone call, took the time out to listen while I went on about what I wanted for over a half hour. Chris didn't rush to sell us just any house, he took the time out to listen to what we wanted. Chris wasn't like the other salespeople he showed us a range of homes, showed patience, attentive, very helpful. Towards the end he was like family.

Chris was so much help to us in finding a home to rent!! After a month of seriously searching for homes on my own and getting beaten by another applicant every time, Chris came to the rescue. He was open and quickly responsive in communications with us, and worked hard to find a home that fit exactly what we needed. He worked with our schedule for showings, even showing on a holiday and squeezing us in whenever I could make it. Part way into the search, we found out that our dog is mixed with pit bull and Rottweiler, making her prohibited on almost every property we could find. Chris did not shy away from the task, though, and found us a beautiful home that not only would let us keep our pup, but had a huge shade tree in the backyard to keep her cool in the hot Texas summer! He was fantastic!!

We are a military family and we wanted somebody that understands how difficult is to be moving every 3 or 4 years, and also be professional, friendly and responsible; Chris had everything we were looking in an agent, actually he went above our expectations. Chris was very helpful from the moment I first spoke to him. He met me in a very timely manner, and went out of his way to ensure that I would be able to view the property I was interested in the same day I called. Throughout the application process, Chris checked in with me to make sure I that I had all of my questions answered and my needs met. We met Chris when we were out touring an area one evening. He was nice and friendly and offered to show us a property that was nearby. He gave us some pointers and advised us that if we were not working with a realtor, he would be happy to send us some listings. I had an email from him later that evening and we called him several times over the next month to look at listings. After looking at listings for several months, we realized that building our own home might be a better option. He gave us an expert list of things to be aware of in the area and once we found a spot we liked, he negotiated a great deal for us. He was great to work with. He always listened to what we were wanting, kept in-touch almost daily, returned calls and emails promptly and never was pushy or demanding. We would gladly recommend him to anyone that is looking for a great realtor.
