My agent Chris Dye was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient.
He listened to me about what I wanted and did his best to give me options. I was in another state at the time so Chris had to work with a family member of mine to observe the properties. It was a tough road then because the interest rates had dropped to a record low creating a seller’s market. After dozens of viewings, and a few rejected offers, we finally found my dream house, and the sale went very smooth thanks to Chris. I definitely recommend his services for anyone looking to buy!

10/10 I would absolutely recommend Chris to anyone looking to buy or sell their home! He was incredibly helpful guiding me and my boyfriend through our first home purchase. I appreciated his patience dealing with the many (seriously, so many) questions that I had along the way. We recently decided to build our dream home and along with that came the decision to sell our current home. Chris and his team were exceptional beyond all measure in getting this done. Chris did a lot of research prior to listing the home and helped us decide what a fair asking price would be. He went above and beyond with the marketing of the house and got photos and drone footage of the property that made the house stand out among the rest of the houses for sale in our area. If there was a bump in the road, Chris and his team were quick to offer solutions and keep the ball rolling all the way to closing day on them home.
