Everyone needs to know how amazing of an experience he or she will have when working with Chris! My husband and I spent a couple weeks browsing listings online until we finally decided we would like to go see some. One of the websites connected us with Chris which we will forever be grateful of. As first time buyers we really did not know what the home buying process entails. Of course we did research on our own but without Chris, we would not have had such a smooth process. He was a very knowledgeable, thoughtful and patient guide and friend throughout. He stayed up late with us writing an offer on a home we really liked on the first day we went out with him (and that was a Sunday!) He always made himself available for the times that worked for us which we are so thankful of. We also want to thank Chris for traveling further than expected for us.
We have nothing but positive things to say about Chris. He is a down to earth, well rounded individual and we were very well taken care of by him. He definitely made our homebuying stress free as possible. Thanks to Chris we have our beautiful first home that our cat approves as well, who thinks the house is his! (It is too funny to see him running up and down the stairs and drifting on the floor lol.)

If We could give 10 stars we would. Chris was absolutely amazing. My husband and I had a lot of reservations regarding buying a house. This was our first experience even looking at houses. He was always available, explained everything thoroughly, and never made me feel stupid for asking questions on repeat. Our timeline for buying was 2 weeks before thanksgiving, and he was very flexible, making himself always available, even with it being the holidays. You always hear the rumors about realtors trying to pressure you to just buy a house... any house... just so they get paid. Chris was NEVER like that. He let us look at all the houses we wanted, he never put a timeline on us, and never made us feel like we had to rush our decision. A bonus was, he was very down to earth and dealt pleasantly with my crazy family, who joined us on tours. He also negotiated with the seller some pricey fixes on our behalf that we ended up getting completed, which was a huge money saver for us. If you are looking for a realtor that will get you what YOU want, and have fun doing it, Chris is the person to go with. You will not be disappointed.

At a difficult time in my life I found Chris was very knowledgeable. He helped me with suggestions for getting my home ready for sale. He was available when I had questions and concerns. When I was hunting for a home he was there for me. He listened to what I wanted and came thru. With so much going on in my life Chris was there. His help was invaluable. With the help from Chris I can say I am happily living in a home and a neighborhood I love.

Chris helped me sell my house back when I was getting divorced. During the 5 years of apartment living, Chris and I stayed in touch with the goal of one day being a homeowner again. He was very generous with his time to discuss market conditions and specific properties of interest. Never once did I feel he was in a hurry to see me buy. He was more interested in helping me through the process of finding the property that was right for me. I consider Chris a friend, but I think that's what he wants to be for all his clients. He really cares and you know it. Thanks, Chris, for all the time you gave me that led up to the lovely property I now call home.

Selling a house can be very stressful. Working with Chris made selling my home a good experience. He always answered my questions and when I was anxious he had a way of making me feel calm. Recently sold our house in Cape St. Claire. We decided to use a local realtor, Chris Fuller of Long and Foster, because we felt that he would know the area. My wife and I are so thankful we chose Chris. He went to greater lengths to sell our home than we could ever have imagined. I would give him 6 stars if I could. Thank you Chris.
