Nothing less than five stars for Chris Garrard! From the beginning of our quest to purchase a new home, chris made himself available to us 7 days a week during this dynamic period of housing sales in the Huntsville market. Using his vast resources, Chris left no stone unturned to locate a move-in ready,.newly constructed home of our dreams. He was with us every step of the way; from finding a reparable builder, the right mortgage broker and lender, and a experienced and respected inspector. Chris took it to a personal level as he guided us though a process of monitoring application progress, requesting essential repairs, accompanying us during all required inspections, and representing us through the closing process. Even after the sale, Chris insured my wife and I became acclimated to our new residence in a new city. Through Chris’ attention to the.”process”, we closed ahead of schedule as predicted in the seller’s contract.
