Our experience with Chris was incredible. We've bought 4 houses previously, but had been out of the market for almost 10 years. We decided to start looking again and we ran into Chris by chance. To say that Chris was incredible to work with is an understatement. He is diligent, thorough, knowledgeable and advocates for his clients relentlessly. He is abundantly responsive and prompt in all respects as well. On several occasions Chris was able to allow my husband and I to view homes within an hour of us finding it, before other real estate agents were permitted access with their clients, and placed competitive offers for us rapidly, which truly made all the difference in us securing our home in such a competitive market. Even when these marked time constraints applied, he miraculously managed to arrive with comps in hand, knowledge of the neighborhood, knowledge of the real estate agents/brokers representing the sellers etc. On occasions we would send emails late at night (close to midnight sometimes) naturally assuming we would hear back the next day, and within minutes would have a text/email response-- his dedication to his clients is truly unparalleled. In such a fast-paced industry, Chris knew how to slow things down to help me understand the process & what document I was signing (which is invaluable, being a nervous first-time home buyer) without affecting the escrow closing date. purchasing our home went smoothly. There were no interruptions and answered our every needs.
