Working under the critical eyes of some of the most challenging building departments in Fairfield, New Haven, and Litchfield Counties, Chris has built over 100 new homes in his three decades of residential & commercial construction. Through Oak Street Design & Construction, Inc., he's completed hundreds of renovation, restoration, and preservation projects and performed dozens of whole house renovations, or "Flips," as they are commonly called, both for himself and his clients.
