“I was working with another realtor to find a home on Lake Hopatcong. Then I met Chris Edwards. Chris' knowledge and expertise in real estate was outstanding and blew me away. After the initial meeting with Chris, I discovered Chris was a better fit to help me find my new home. Chris showed me multiple listings over a short period of time, and each time he was very professional about it - had full knowledge of the properties and neighborhoods in which they were located. After a few listings that he pointed out, the Lakeshore Village condo association caught my attention. In the beginning, I was a bit hesitant (my mind was set on a single-family home; whereas, this was a condo) but eventually, thanks to Chris, I decided to prepare an offer. That offer was accepted and now, I have been living at my new home for the past 4 months! I have to say that Chris was 100% right about this property (he knew exactly what I was looking for! – it is beautiful and its location on the lake is superb!) Hi Chris, Happy New year! Tom and I hope 2011 has started out to be a great year for you. We are happy to have two of the kids still home from college, another week before they each go back. We really have been enjoying the lake house. The boys have been skating and playing hockey out on the ice, and I've been fixing up the place on the inside! The outside rock work just was completed and it looks amazing. Our painter finished the inside with molding and painting. The wood floors and then carpet in the screened-in porch were done first. Wait 'til you see the transformation! Springtime we'll finish with the outside paint. Of course Tom will find 'projects' to work on! A labor of love. We are so happy with our new lake home. When we began our house hunting process, we had some idea about the homes on Lake Hopatcong, since we keep our boat at a local marina. But it wasn't until we first met with Chris that we really began to acquire a true appreciation for the beautiful lake. Chris was very knowledgeable, professional, and willing to help us find our dream lake home. We are so appreciative of the time and effort he put into our whole house hunting process.
