I cannot say enough good things about Chris. He is professional, dedicated, resourceful, and thorough. The selling agent of the house we bought was doing nothing, no communication, no follow through, nothing. The entire time, Chris was like family, looking out for us, doing the job of 2 realtors to make it happen. The seller took a one month closing and stretched it to 3. We got the house we wanted but it was only because of him and his consistent advocating for us. When it was time to sell our house, it was a breeze. Chris managed all this during the pandemic. Thanks so much for being there for us Chris. You ROCK!!! Call Chris. He really cares.

My husband and I worked with Chris Martin to both sell a house and to find our forever home. He was patient and happily took us through many houses, and I mean a lot of houses! He was always available and willing. When we found our house he helped us through negotiations and knew the best approach to get us to the price we wanted to pay. He helped sell our home quickly and knew the market and suggested a listing price which drew interest immediately.
It was an absolute pleasure working with Chris. He is honest and down to earth, making it easy to build a relationship with and know he has his clients best interest at heart.

Highly recommend Chris! He made himself completely available to us from the moment we arrived in NJ. He patiently drove with us from town to town to show us all of the properties that we were interested in. Day after day and week after week he was working hard on our behalf. He was recommended to us from a co-worker who stressed to us how patient he was with "picky people." They did not lie! He was incredible the entire time. His experience made the whole process so smooth and gave us confidence in every decision that we made. We wouldn't consider working with anyone else in NJ.
