Christopher became a licensed Realtor in May of 2019 with a sincere, homegrown passion to help others live, work, and play in Mount Washington Valley.
A North Conway, New Hampshire native, McNevich's resume includes two-plus decades of senior-level sales and marketing experience in professional sports, broadcast media and chamber of commerce industries. This undoubtedly allows his clients to "power-up" when looking to buy, sell or invest in New Hampshire. Chris not only knows the market (including all the back roads during vacation weeks), but also the economic cogs that make it churn and how best to use it to your advantage when it comes to real estate.
As someone who returned to Mount Washington Valley to work and grow his family, Chris also became a first-time homeowner. He, like many others, thought that buying a home was unachievable. Though, with the help of a knowledgeable and compassionate Realtor, and all the right guidance, the dream of home ownership came true. Today, still living in that same house, Chris has taken this memorable experience and made it a big part of his business, specializing in first-time home buyers.
In addition to living and working in the ‘Valley, McNevich’s is enthusiastic about giving back to his community, a staple of his businesses' mission. Chris served or continues to serve on several boards and committees including the Mount Washington Valley Chamber of Commerce, Arts in Motion Theater Company, the MWV Regional Collaborative, the New Hampshire Highland Games, and the Conway Area Humane Society. He also coached youth soccer for the North Conway Community Center, youth baseball in the MWV Cal Ripken League for Madison and volunteered as a youth ski instructor for the Robert Frost Charter School in the Eastern Slope Ski Club program.
