Chris recently sold our house and did a really nice job. At the last minute, we found issues that required services of a plumber, contractor, and electrician. He was right on top of it and helped us to get who we needed to finish the jobs quickly and timely. This allowed us to close on the same appointed date and alleviated a lot of stress on our part. He was always extremely responsive to our inquiries and is very knowledgeable in the real estate business. I would certainly recommend his services.

We had a great sale experience with Chris Migneault of Migneault Realtors.
He is very focused on achieving the closing. We had a lot of major unforseen repair and other problems cropping up during the pre-purchase period. It seemed overwhelming at times, but Chris was always immediately available (even in off work hours, by phone and efficiently by text), to immediately answer, help to resolve the issues, and continue progress toward the sale. He always knew the answer, path forward for every issues, and resolution was always in progress by the next day. He knew all the trustworthy and efficient contractors and legal people to recommend, and in most cases interacted directly on our behalf with them. Chris constantly and immediately updated us as issues arose and milestones toward the sale transpired. We were very happy with his support. You will find Chris personable, but yet very focused on the business at hand. Highly recommended.

Chris worked so closely with us through the entire process of selling our home in MA, and then helped with the purchase of our new home out of state.

Chris provided a referral for a realtor for the area where we were relocating, that gave us some stress relief, knowing we were working with someone who is just as knowledgeable and professional. We are extremely pleased with the outcome of the sale of our home and the purchase of our new one.

It was a difficult and stressful with such a big move, and Chris' expertise made the transition much less so. THANK YOU, so much to Chris!!

Third transaction with Chris as my agent, first transaction as seller. The open house (which occurred during a holiday weekend) to closing was less than 31 days. He provided his suggestions on small improvements and offered to take care of sub contracting the work out if I was not able to fit it in my schedule. Throughout the whole process, I probably dedicated two hours worth of my time. We even had an issue with the water department populating the final bill. 45 minutes before closing, Chris was at their office obtaining a handwritten copy so we were able to close on time. Chris and his team are simply the best.

Chris recently represented me in a home sale that had the possibility to be complicated. While he could have just put the house on the market and have me deal with any issues that came up along the way, he did a bit of research and made some phone calls to find out the best way to handle it. He did all of this before we met for the first time in person and before I signed a contract. Because of his work the sale went through smoothly. As a first time home buyer I didn't even know what a lender was when I was asked to contact mine for a tax estimate during our first offer - needless to say I was very new to the process. Becoming quickly overwhelmed, my fiancé and I were so thankful to have Chris every step of the way to explain what was next, and to insure we were putting in the best offers that made sense for US. He was responsive in text and email, never lost his patience, and was reassuring that things were always moving as they should.
