Chris Vega made buying our new home a breeze in a hectic time. He was there for any and all questions and/or concerns. Chris was a great agent! By understanding our needs and desires we were able to work together and narrow down our selection to just 3 viewings (instead of looking at 20 places that fit other realtor’s automatically generated lists) and then we put an offer in on our top choice all in one day. We were able to navigate the process and get all the advice we needed instantly because Chris was so responsive. Having a clear understanding of our needs and the ability to act quickly, and effectively are more important than any other traits in a buyers agent and Chris outperformed our very high expectations in both.
