We interviewed a few realtors in the area to sell our home before choosing Christy, and immediately realized she has a uniquely modern and fresh perspective to the home buying/selling process. We worked as buyers with Christy Etienne from November 2021 through May 2022, and she was utterly fantastic! Christy came highly recommended from a friend, and that recommendation was well-deserved. During the home search, Christy would preview homes for us, provide video tours when we couldn’t attend onsite, and helped educate us on how to be smart homebuyers in a competitive market. In total, I think christy helped us to view around 30-40 homes! Christy coordinated numerous competitive offers in a very aggressive Boston housing market and always worked with us at our level - letting us move at our comfort level, never pressuring, yet always providing insight on how to make winning offers (we came in 2nd place on several offers). She advocated for us as sellers and we always felt well-represented, particularly by her ability to quickly generate and coordinate clear, well explained and constructed offers (eg phone calls from our broker, letters ignore-approval). Christy also provided recommendations that helped us find a terrific mortgage broker that we also loved working with.

Most impressively, I’m a low inventory market, Christy coordinated an off market housing search in our target towns, and that’s how we got our house - which blew away our expectations for the house we’d buy. I cannot recommend Christy enough as buyers agent, and we’re also thrilled to have hired her as our sellers agent to sell our condo.

Christy gets our highest recommendation! Retain her to help in your home search or home sale, and you’ll be a satisfied and very well represented client!

After 2.5 years of house hunting with no success my husband and I had given up. And then, my cousin (who just bought a house) introduced us to who she described as “the best realtor who will go all in for you”. Honestly, what my cousin told us about Christy was an understatement. Between Covid, 3 kids under 3, and a very sick parent, Christy learned everything about what we were looking for and then did all the leg work, taking a huge weight off our shoulder. She didn’t put on the the MLS list for the generic listings because she would only send us houses she knew were potentials.There were times where she even showed up to open houses before us to save us time in lines (if you’re house hunting, you know what we are talking about!!). Most of the time, she would arrange for us to see the house either before the open house or first chance after the open house based on our creaky schedules. And if one of us couldn’t be there, she would FaceTime us. Selling a house wasn’t just a business to her. She was truly trying to find something that would be perfect for our family and meet our needs. As we saw house after house, she wouldn’t let us lose hope or give in.

She went above and beyond any other realtor we worked with in the past. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, and will help you look as if it was their house, and will fight tooth and nail for you, look no further; Christy is all that and more. Christy was amazing to work with, I honestly couldn’t say enough great things. From the moment we first spoke, we realized that she would be the perfect agent for us. She was incredible knowledgeable about the market and our specific neighborhood, she helped guide us in the right direction at every step, without pressure, and was highly communicative. On top of all of that her eye for design and detail helped to make our home photograph and show beautifully. We were able to sell our home after one weekend for well above asking! We met Christy at an OH in Wilmington after searching for a long time. She was very knowledgeable and seemed to understand right away what it was we were looking for in a home. First let me say that Christy is an amazing realtor! She is highly professional, and responsive. She is energetic, personable, and knowledgeable. Additionally, she has an extensive network of professionals that she works with, for whatever need that might arise. She is extremely dedicated, committed, and won’t rest until her job is done (but I bet she is still not resting!! When you meet her, you will understand why I say that!!).

We reached out to Christy to help us with apartment rentals. Working on apartment rentals isn’t what she generally does, but thankfully she agreed to help us! Due to COVID and it being dead winter, this was not an easy thing. She endlessly showed our units over and over. She even shoveled the driveway (in heels) on a day our plow guy hadn’t yet made it there! She worked very hard during the entire process, while always being pleasant and positive. In the end she found us good tenants, that seem to be working out great.

You can not go wrong working with Christy, we highly recommend her as a realtor!! Thank you, Christy!! We appreciate all of your hard work!
