Christy was great. Really she was. My wife and I thought we had an ideal location in mind, but with Christy help showed us that just because you think an area is great doesn't mean you will find the house you want there. After weeks of showings and calls we finally gave in to her recommendations and opened up our search area to places we would have never done on our own. She guided us through these areas with expertise and care and allowed us to gradually find some homes to target in on. Well that being said found a perfect house for our family. She has lots of resources for you to use on your own and then gives you her advise along the way. It was wonderful working with Christy and because we did we found a great house. Very happy with the almost pain free experience(The market was very expensive when we bought, not Christy's fault😅)

As first time homebuyers in this market, my wife and I wanted to use a really good realtor. We chose Christy Godden with Coldwell Banker and she far exceeded our expectations. She helped walk us through anything we didn’t understand throughout the whole process. She always responded promptly to any questions we had. She worked so hard to help us find our first home. Christy Godden is an amazing person and Realtor. I had never experienced a Realtor who went above and beyond to help a client sell a home. I had to sell a home in OH and I live out of the state so I couldn’t be there a lot of the time when things needed done to get the house ready to go on the market. Christy would suggest contractors, would recommend paint colors and carpet colors, etc. for my approval. She would meet the contractors at the house and check to make sure the job was done properly. She truly cares for her clients and does all she can to help alleviate the stress especially with me living in a different state. She is like family and she truly deserved more than the commission she earned selling the house. If I needed to buy or sell a house in OH, Christy would definitely be the person I would call. It truly is hard to describe what a great experience it is to work with Christy.

If you are looking for a good, honest realtor - Christy Godden should be your choice. Not only did she help us sell our house in Milford, OH with 20 offers, it was was a smooth and painless process. She sat us down, graphed out all our offers, positives/negatives and all necessary details to help us understand the selling process. After we sold our house, we then turned around and found the house we were looking for in under a month. We think we got pretty lucky with the new house, but it definitely had something to do with Christy and her ability to interact with other Realtors. She is great to work with and love her honesty. As a first-time home buyer, I had no idea what to expect with the entire process. I knew how to look for how homes, apply for a loan, etc., but there were so many parts of the home-buying process that were both foreign and at times a bit overwhelming.
Christy sat down, explained the entire process (over breakfast), and continued to make sure that our best interests and needs were being met. She was always a text/phone call away and she felt more like a supportive friend (and at times therapist) as opposed to a business relationship.
She continuously fought (and still fights post-sale) to make sure that our home is the best it can be.
I'd recommend Christy to anyone. She's clever, responsible, supportive, and an experienced realtor who will fight to get you exactly what you want.
