Christy Klingler

Christy Klingler began her real estate career in 2001. She was invited to represent a new construction development as the sales agent for a local builder. There, she learned to bring parties together, mitigating differences between buyers and contractors.

In 2002, she joined Dickson Realty and worked exclusively with one of the company's broker-owners. She benefited greatly from this five-year partnership with the expertise and experience she was surrounded by, working together with a successful broker and real estate trainer. Christy continuously takes accredited classes and professional development courses to stay current on the latest market trends and products available that may benefit her clients.

With over seventeen years of experience, Christy has experienced a great deal of drastic changes in the Northern Nevada real estate market. Her experience includes handling relocations for executives, helping those new to the area with school enrollment, sports programs, and local events, and representing first time home buyers to find them find grants and tax credits. She has specialized in residential sales ranging from new homes to distressed property sales and foreclosures.

Christy thoroughly enjoys her profession and prides herself on guiding her clients through the buying or selling process. She will take the time to go over every part of the transaction, the paperwork, the timelines, and expectations. Christy communicates with her clients regularly to assure all their timelines are met. She is a UNR graduate and comes from generations of Nevadans. Christy is married and has two boys. Her family enjoys archery tournaments, traveling, camping, spending time in the outdoors and playing sports.
