Christy Driscoll made selling my Aunt's home the easiest part of the CT Probate Process. I found a gem when I came across her card in my Aunt's home. Christy is professional, friendly, and goes out of her way to help you. I had no experience managing an estate and was very sad at the loss of my beloved Aunt. Christy met me at my Aunt's, home, provided me a tool to use to navigate Probate Steps, she provided a quick, accurate Assessment of the home's value to provide to the court, gave me several service options to provide a clean out, gave me a list of attorney's to manage the closing, she found someone to do a final cleaning of the home and even found a contractor to evaluate a heating issue and provide repair. She had pictures taken and listed the home, had multiple showings the next day and found a buyer at above asking price the same day. Knowing I lived several hours away, Christy guided everything via email. I can't thank her enough for her expertise and kindness during this challenging time.

Christy is phenomenal and helped us purchase our first home during a very busy time period. She responded right away to our initial request and was quick to meet with us to discuss what we were looking for. Christy helped us determine exactly what we were looking for and had 4 showings lined up within 24 hours. She made each showing a comfortable experience and wasn't afraid to recommend walking away when the writing was on the wall. (literally!) We actually toured a home that checked off every requirement discussed - and elected to put an offer in that weekend. Expecting that we would be in a multi-bidder situation (and we were), Christy swiftly navigated the negotiation process to ensure that our offer would be accepted - and without going even close to 5% over asking price. She was with us every step of the way and put us in our new home in less than two months. We highly recommend working with her.

Christy is absolutely fantastic! We sold our house 8yrs prior and bought our current home with her mother who was also a realtor. When it was time to sell again we reached out and her mother had retired so we use Christy because we knew she would be just as wonderful. Extremely professional, easy to work with and also there to answer questions no matter the time! Christy is an amazing realtor who helped us find our dream home! 100% recommend working with her! Christy helped us from step one of figuring out what we were looking for, to taking us to different houses, and when we finally found our new home she made sure we knew how to proceed and connected to the other entities we needed to close on the house (for the mortgage lawyers etc.)

The housing market is crazy right now, (we bought a house during covid plus houses are just hard to get). Christy helped us through this stressful process and made it so much easier than it could/would have been.

Christy was very attentive to our wants and needs. So definitely cared about our home buying experience. All our questions and concerns were answered without making us feel like we were asking dumb questions even though I'm sure she's heard them all 1000 times. She quickly assessed my preferences and after patiently showing me numerous homes, found a perfect fit for me, a newly renovated cozy cape in a quiet neighborhood.
