Christy was so great to work with. She was patient, very knowledgeable and very responsive throughout the process- from helping us find the house, put in the offer in this crazy market, guide us through all the inspections, recommending companies to work with and scheduling various appointments. We live out of state and we were closing remotely. Christy offered to go to the property and face time us from it right before closing just so we would have a peace of mind. I highly recommend Christy. Great experience overall. We are now ready to enjoy our cabin in the mountains. Thank you Christy!

When my Pop fell ill, my wife and I moved from Texas to help take care of him. We knew that my parents house would not fit both families but it was important for us to be there. We started looking and were immediately overwhelmed by the market. Knowing that this would be our "forever home" we had some lofty expectations. Dealing with Ms Christy felt like working with an old friend. She helped narrow our search, utilized her knowledge of the area, services (inspectors, engineers, contractors) and local rules and regulations, to find the perfect piece of property for our wants and needs. This was not our first home purchase, but it was by far the smoothest and least stressful. Her guidance and advice was sound and we would have been lost without her. She continuously went above and beyond what we expected from a realtor, and always worked in our best interest. Never once did we feel as if she was trying to talk us into a house on a list that just hadn't sold. If a property didn't fit the criteria that we laid out, we didn't waste time rehashing why we couldn't "make it work". We deffinitely feel as though we found a good friend in her through this experience and plan to recommend her to all of our family and friends when they are looking to relocate.

She is an excellent communicator and responds quickly. Contract negotiations/Closing went smoothly and I never felt pressured or ignored at any point in the process. Christy was so wonderful! Since we put in our offer for our property in December through closing and continuing. Helping us find contractors to contact to set up repairs/updates we want to make when we get back up there in a couple weeks.
We're 9-10 hours away in Florida and she has made this such an easy transition for us. We love the property and can't wait to get back up there. I don't know if there is a term for summer-birds but that's what we'll be.
She was very professional and never put us off. She was the go between to the realtor handling the property and never hesitated to contact her with our numerous questions. She was friendly and open and especially honest with us. If she didn't know something she found it out before answering us in lieu of "making" something up or guessing.
We would recommend her to anyone looking for property.

Christy responded to my initial inquiry through Zillow within minutes. I am a VERY impatient person so this was huge. It was late evening when I told her I wanted to see 6 houses in one day because we had to drive 3-4 hours to get there. That night she had a showing booked for the day we needed for all of them. It was love at that point. I knew she was for me!! Hahah..she always answered my calls (again, huge for me) and when we met her in person, she seemed to "get" us. She gave advice when we needed it and was so patient. Our funding took about 7 months longer than we had expected, and rather than drop us, like most people would have, she continued to check in about every month or so. We finally got our funding, we found the more than perfect house overlooking the best view in all of Bryson City, and then when our movers almost backed out on us, she offered herself and her husband to help - in the dark - in the rain. I told her I wouldn't have even done that for my best friend! She is THE BEST. We have two more properties we want to get for rentals and of course will use nobody but her. Ten stars **********
