She helped facilitate my rental and made sure to go over the lease line by line to ensure mutual understanding. If I stay in the area, I will use her when I get to (hopefully) buy a house.

No kidding, Christy is like family to us. We have worked with Christy for over 5 years. And her work ethic is marvelous.
This is the third home buy/purchase we have with Christy. She is one of the best real estate agents in the state of Virginia. Her patience with us was over the top... and in the end, she found us exactly what we were looking for.
Five years ago she sold both our condos. One in a matter of hours and the other in a matter of days. And this time, even with this crazy market, she managed to use her superb negotiations, charisma, and real estate expert knowledge to get us to win a bid on our dream home.

I am so pleased with our relationship with Christy. She far exceeded our expectations, both as a Realtor and as a person. She is so easy to talk to and went above and beyond to help us stay relaxed and worry-free during our home sale. She was super responsive to all our questions and concerns and helped me navigate the difficulties with selling a house with a tenant still living in the home. She advised us what to fix and upgrade in the home to get the most money and had it staged beautifully. We received an offer in only 2 days, way above asking. She wasted no time in getting to know me and what my wants and needs were. I am an older first time home buyer and she was so patient with me and "talked me off the ledge" multiple times. She explained every step of the process clearly to me and found answers to questions which weren't necessarily under her purview. Most of all she went above and beyond on multiple occasions to help me out with things, some of which weren't part of her job. I do not just consider her my realtor but also my friend. I would recommend her to anybody because she is sincere and kind and thoughtful and treats you like family!
