Thinking about trying to sell a home in a competitive market where your home is not that competitive, places one under quite a bit of mental strain. This is why we called Chuck Archie to help us sell our house. He had worked with our daughter and son-in-law in successfully renting their condo, where market prices were spiraling downwards. Chuck did help them eventually sell the condo at a profit, and helped them find their first house. So, Chuck looked at our house, and made recommendations on how to make it presentable. With some great negotiating between Chuck and the other realtor, we sold the house within a month, which was extremely fast for that market during that time. The sale was a "win-win" for both parties. We highly recommend Chuck for anyone's realty services due to his sharp real estate acumen, and professionalism. He knows the Greater Columbia Area real estate market quite well ! Best of all, he understands people !

Obviously you want a Realtor that is knowledgeable, capable and easy to work with. Chuck is each of those things but he is also very responsive and without a doubt does everything he can to meet your individual needs to help find the home that is perfect for you. His recommendations for other professionals have been very helpful and they too are through and professional. I am new to the area and he has also kept me informed of activities in the area and made me aware of organizations that I might have an interest in. He does all of this with patience, kindness and humor and made even some of the challenges fun. I will always use and recommend Chuck Archie as long as I am in the Columbia area.

Moving to Columbia from out of state and not knowing anyone in the area, Chuck was a jewel in not only finding us a home but helping settle in to our new city called home. He was professional, efficient, helpful, and reassuring throughout the entire process. This could have been a very trying experience but Chuck made it so easy and stress free. We had engaged several realtors prior to meeting with Mr. Archie, so we had a feel for good bad and indifferent realtors. Mr. Archie was exemplar in every regard. His dedication to our search for the perfect place resulted in a win the first time we met. He met us well out of his normal sales territory and gave us a tour of Columbia as well as the surrounding area. We were not easy to please, but he measured up to the task and thrust his energy into our search, resulting in a high level of satisfaction. We were blessed to make his acquaintance, and he held his interest in us through closing and even afterwards when there were concerns about expired tenets. Mr. Archie is a realtor you can trust.

We were looking for something very specific, like a needle in a haystack. We had been searching for months on websites and in person. We contacted Chuck based in his profile and decided he was connected in the community and would know his way around. We had chosen several properties to look at. He had done his homework and came prepared with the information we would need. No luck finding out needle in the haystack property. We had an issue with our vehicle, a local tire company broke our back window. This delayed our departure home by another day. This was a blessing in disguise. Chuck happened to get up super early and started sleuthing around the internet. When we met up with him for a few more properties that day, he said we would go to them. But he had a surprise first. It was perfect. The property he found met all of our varied criteria. We felt at ease immediately when we met Chuck. He gave us a tour of Columbia and showed us all around. By the end of the whole transaction we had gained a friend. Chuck is professional and courteous. He knew where he was going and could tell us the history and information about the areas we were looking at.i would recommend him to anyone.

We found out we were moving to South Carolina from Indiana and I found Chuck Archie to be our Realtor, at the time we thought we were going to be in Columbia but found out we were going to be in Florence instead, Chuck was on the ball and found us a beautiful home that we are very happy with. I contacted Chuck last week to see if he would help us find a vacation condo in Myrtle Beach, so he has been very helpful with our new request. He is Professional, always returns phone calls and emails very promptly. 5 Stars all the way!

Chucked guided us through the whole process, gave us great advice, simplified and explained everything so well.
