Chuck Cornwell

"Passionate about the real estate industry" is a great way to sum up Chuck's dedication to this industry. Not only does he serve his agents, know to him as Eagles, and the staff of RE/MAX Regency and EnTitle First, he is equally dedicated to everyone having the opportunity to own real estate and the industry at large. Over his 30+ years as a real estate agent, he has developed more "rookies of the year" in his local association of REALTORS. 50% of new licensees in real estate fail before their first license renewal. After the time and dedication someone has to invest in getting licensed, it's just not right to simply see them fail, they need the right tools and training to gain success. But he does not stop there, after their first year in the business, different support and tools are required to help agent move to the next level - and they do, with their average agent earning over six figures a year. Chuck also is in continual training and in attendance at local and national events. Chuck says he spend more time in training today than he has at any time over his 30 years in the industry. The industry is changing fast and you have to keep up. Chuck has also severed in many capacities with the Association of REALTORS - he has been the President of the local association not just once, but twice! He has served on the Virginia Association of REALTORS Board of Directors and on many committees. His favorite ones are Standard Forms and Professional Standards. Chuck has also been a Major Investor for over a decade with RPAC and is a President's Circle member. RPAC not only supports real estate agents, but it also supports home ownership in general. Chuck is married to his best friend and partner, Helen and they have two great kids, Kenny and Christine who also work with them in the industry.
