Chuck is an amazing realtor. He truly goes out of his way to find the best possible property for you. He really listens to your criteria and searches hard to find the right place. He is open, friendly and has great integrity. We LOVED working with Chuck.

From day one, and even after escrow closed, Chuck was always available by phone or text and would respond very quickly. He did a lot of extras, like driving over to our new home on a rainy day to fill sandbags, because the house had drainage issues. He also brought over ladders and other equipment for us. After we purchased, there was a huge rainstorm which caused a leak in our house. Chuck came over that day and suggested someone to fix the problem immediately. He stayed the entire time the drainage expert was there. Chuck really is an exceptional person, and we couldn’t have been luckier to find him!

We couldn’t have gotten our house without Chuck being so on top of the real estate market, and he was always ready to listen to us to find the right place. We looked at many properties, and in the end, it was Chuck who found us our dream home and told us to go out and visit it immediately! :) Chuck really helped us refine our criteria and found us the perfect home, even during the middle of the coronavirus shutdown. My whole family is so grateful for his professionalism, generosity of time and spirit, and his fervent commitment to finding us the perfect place.

Chuck is excellent at navigating paperwork, communicating with lenders, and he pays great attention at each inspection. He often notices extra details to ask the inspector about. He has a broad base of knowledge about construction, areas to live in, horticulture, aesthetics, etc. All of his knowledge was helpful when we were deciding on where to live.

If you are looking for a home in the San Diego area, there is no better realtor than Chuck Crist. He will make sure that you get the exact house you need, no matter how many items need to be checked off to do it! His negotiating skills are excellent, and, because we were working with Chuck, we had complete confidence in the whole process. Buying a home can be daunting, but Chuck will find you a gem.

Chuck Crist is absolutely the best; we’d give him 10 stars if we could! Whether you're buying or selling, he'll get you the best price, and the transaction will be as seamless as possible. My husband and I have bought, subdivided and sold many properties.

Chuck is by far the best realtor we've ever worked with! He listens intently until he understands exactly what you’re looking for, and then he helps you refine your criteria. He’s excellent with details yet never loses sight of the big picture.
Chuck is experienced and very knowledgeable about the real estate industry, home maintenance and construction, building and city codes, and even horticulture! He also has a great referral network.

Chuck saved us loads of time by personally overseeing home inspections, recommending and contacting various contractors and other professionals for us and offering sage advice throughout. He's also backed by a team of skilled real estate agents.

We were looking for a home just as the global pandemic was beginning to take hold in the US. Uncertainty was everywhere. Lenders, mortgage brokers, other agents and sellers were nervous, complicating every step of the buying process. California was shutting down. And we had a long list of challenging requirements for a property. We thought of giving up the search. Thankfully, Chuck kept looking, persisting in spite of extremely challenging circumstances.

I have known Chuck Crist for over 30 years and when my wife, Elizabeth, and I began the daunting challenge of preparing and then selling our long time home, Chuck was the first person we thought of to represent us. We chose Chuck as our Realtor without hesitation because we know we can trust him. We also knew that he would provide us with sound advice on preparing, marketing and then negotiating to get the best price on our home and he did.

At first, we were reluctant to put any money into our home and were resigned to taking the best offer we could get. Then Chuck explained that if we would be willing to spend a reasonable amount of money on making the home look it's best to create the ideal first impression without breaking the bank, we could get much more. With that, Chuck recommended a contractor to paint the exterior home and kitchen cabinets as well as complete some lite landscaping in the yard. To our surprise, all of the work was completed in less than 2 weeks and Chuck's concierge program advanced us the funds to complete the improvements, which we reimbursed after we closed escrow. By following Chuck's recommendations, and using his network of professional contractors, we made three dollars for every dollar we spent and the best part is that we ultimately sold our home at full list price in 30 days.

As if that wasn't enough, Chuck was simultaneously helping Elizabeth and I buy a new turnkey home at a great price, collaborate with his lender and facilitate the new home and roof inspections to ensure that we were going to have a sound home to live in for many years to come. We couldn't be happier with our new home and the fact that we were able to get a historically low interest rate, combined with a home and roof warranty, means that Chuck and his network of service providers and staff exceeded our expectations, which was quite the accomplishment.

I'll make it easy, we couldn't recommend a realtor to anyone more highly than Chuck Crist. We were in good hands every step of the way, Chuck was in constant contact, updating us on the process daily and in the end we have nothing but great things to say about working with Chuck and his team of professionals!

My working with Chuck Crist was delightful. I live in Baja Mexico, and bought a house in Escondido, Ca. Living so far away, I was so thankful to have a realtor I could trust totally, to look after all my interests in the transaction. The negotiations necessary to complete my sale was done beautifully by Mr. Crist. He goes far beyond the service I’ve gotten in the past from realtors I’ve worked with. When I was unable to reach lenders or contact, insurance agents and my escrow company, Mr Crist would always follow up and insure all connections were made. He is a wonderful source of needed resources, and always generous in lending a hand in making sure the transactions involved in a purchase are thoroughly and timely completed. I always knew I could count on Chuck Crist to cover all bases and uphold my best interest in all transactions. Whoever works with Chuck Crist will find themselves quite fortunate. I highly recommend him as an excellent realtor.

Our relationship with Chuck started by accident, meeting him at an open house. He was personable, non pushy, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We did not commit but accepted his help

When we found the property we bought, he was with us all the way, giving us the information we needed. The transaction was not an easy one, the seller's agent was anything but cooperative but Chuck stayed with the process, interfacing with the other agent and broker. All along, be documented, kept us posted, followed up making an otherwise stressful process feel a lot less stressful all the way to closing.

Most would have stopped there, Chuck stayed with us after the closing, advising us on repairs, being a source of quality referrals for the work to be done and being always available for advice

I am not new to the construction industry, growing up in my family's business but there was a lot of things I did not know and Chuck was a knowledgeable source of information and advice.

If you are looking for a consumed professional realtor, someone who will stand with you, communicate, be your negotiator and advocate, Chuck is the one. I cannot highly recommend him. Customer satisfaction has been the driving force in my business, Chuck stands out with the best I have dealt with when it comes to working with customers.

There are maybe half a dozen people (aside from family), that over time, I know will be anchors in my life. I can only hope that Chuck Crist, of Cabrillo Team Realty, will be one of those longstanding pillars. Chuck went beyond the role of Realtor and quickly became our Trusted Advisor.

My husband and I began our real estate purchase journey over two years ago, with many changes and turns along the way. We met Chuck about a year into our process, and immediately felt secure that he would be our Agent of choice.

Chuck exhibits a level-headed depth of strength that continuously set our minds at ease throughout the entire process. He patiently empowered us, walking us through the steps of each decision, asking pertinent and significant questions– all the while, giving us the tools needed to assist in leading us to each best, wise decision. When requested by us, he would then insert his advised direction.

Chuck maintained a consistent diplomacy, with all parties through the process, while also demonstrating assertive, and strong stances, on our behalf when appropriate. There was not a day that didn’t go by that I wasn’t rest assured he was driving the process and providing us with all the details necessary.

In the end, he drove the process brilliantly. Chuck is the sole reason we now live in a fabulous home, in a stunning location, for a wonderfully fair price. I could not recommend anyone more, whether a first-time home buyer, or seasoned investor. Chuck Crist is truly one of a kind.

Simply stated . . . you will be hard pressed to find a more competent, courteous professional than Chuck Crist. Whether you are buying or selling your Real Estate property. . . Chuck possesses the listening skills necessary to understand, organize and communicate your wants, needs and desires. In our particular situation. . . {selling our house in Shadowridge, Vista}. . . Chuck researched the comps took into consideration our list of improvements and helped us determine our List price {very important}. A man of considerable knowledge and life skills, Chuck drew on his horticultural as well as arborist experience to recommend landscaping and curb appeal ideas which were inexpensive and beautiful and was not afraid to get his hands dirty {yes, really}. . . Chuck has extensive contractor and/or inspection pros at his disposal to assist you. In Summary, Chuck was able to bring us "5" offers after our first open house. This dilemma, was handled with admirable skill and extensive discussions regarding buyers strengths and weaknesses. Our home was in escrow in one week and closed within 30 days. We attribute our success to Chucks advice re: list price, inspection clearances and fair-minded dealings with other realtors. Best of all, Chuck became a good friend. He is a "True Gentleman".
