Charles Petersheim is the founder and Broker of Lazy Meadows Realty, a brokerage he started in 2014. As the owner of Catkills Farm as well, Chuck has been dealing in a wide range of real estate transactions in the Catskills for 20 years, being part of over $200,000,000 of diverse deals on all sides of the transactions.
