Chuck Spencer

Chuck is a retired US Navy Commander with mustang service at sea serving primarily on DD's and FF's. He is a Naval War College graduate, and also has a Master's Degree in Management. As a Realtor for more than 17 years, he has specialized in new construction condominium development projects, directing marketing and sales. He is also an asset recovery specialist for large financial institutions, such as Fannie Mae, CitiGroup, MGIC, etc and manages our REO sales department. Chuck has consistently been one of our highest producing listing agents at Hogan Associates and provides real estate investment consulting for many of our clients.
