Ciara Grant is a proud native of Saint Helena Island, a place celebrated for its rich Gullah heritage, coastal beauty, and unmistakable Lowcountry charm. Deeply rooted in her community, she brings an intimate knowledge of Beaufort County’s unique lifestyle—from its historic landmarks and vibrant dining scene to its serene beaches and beloved local traditions.

With a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of South Carolina and an Associate Degree in Applied Science from the Technical College of the Lowcountry, Ciara began her professional journey as a Physical Therapist Assistant. In healthcare, she earned the admiration of colleagues and patients alike for her compassion, leadership, and unwavering dedication to service—values she now carries proudly into her real estate career.

As a Realtor and Branch Leader of the Beaufort Office with Howard Hanna Allen Tate, Ciara is committed to inspiring, guiding, and mentoring fellow real estate professionals while serving the community she loves. She understands that the Lowcountry offers more than houses—it offers homes for first-time buyers, peaceful retreats for retirees, warm Southern hospitality, and the luxurious island lifestyle that so many dream of.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Ciara is an engaged community leader. She has been an active member of the Beaufort Chamber of Commerce for five years, serving two years as a Chamber Ambassador. She also volunteers with the Open Arms Program through the Children’s Abuse Prevention Association (CAPA), where she has dedicated six years to supporting children and families.

In recognition of her excellence, Ciara has been honored with multiple industry awards, including the Weichert Executive Club in 2022 and 2024, as well as the Weichert Certificate of Achievement in 2023. In 2024, Ciara Grant was awarded Lowcountry's Best Realtor.
