If you think you don't need a realtor to sell your home or think you can't afford one, think again. My husband and I worked with Ciara Lascano from Century 21 Redwood Realty to help us list our home. She assisted with helping us to stage our home, suggested for de-cluttering, ensured we had professional pictures done, typed up the listing description for our home highlighting important features to ensure that we could get top dollar. She helped ensure she was driving traffic to our home via online listings and open houses. She even followed up with all potential buyers to ensure we were getting feedback and offers timely. Ciara also helped review contracts with us when we received offers and helped us get the best price and terms from the sell of our home. When it came time for closing we even had hiccups along the way that potentially threatened to derail a timely settlement. However, Ciara remained calm and collected and instantly went into problem solving mode to ensure we could close on time. If we had the chance to work with Ciara again we definitely would. We highly recommend hiring a realtor to help buy your next home or sell your current. And we highly recommend Ciara to help you do it.

Ciara is amazing! As a first time home buyer, I felt I was in over my head looking for a house. There was so much to do and a lot to look for during the search. As soon as I got into contact with Ciara, buying a house felt... too easy 😆. Whenever I would think of something I may have forgotten to do, it turned out Ciara already took care of it. Any questions I had were answered immediately, even if it was mortgage, title, or inspection related. As a realtor, Ciara really does go above and beyond and was/is a pleasure working with!

I cannot speak highly enough of Ciara Lascano. As a first time homebuyer I had so many questions throughout the process and I knew I was trying to buy within a narrow timeframe during a fast paced seller's market. This added so many difficulties, but Ciara went above and beyond to help and make it happen. Ciara made herself available to me at all hours - quickly responding to early morning and late night texts and requests for calls when needed - and she regularly went above and beyond to assist in getting things done within quick timeframes. Ciara made the process of finding and purchasing my first home in a short timeframe during a difficult market seamlessly possible. I could not have done it without her. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor in VA, D.C. or MD and will definitely work with her again myself in future when buying, selling or renting a home.

Ciara was incredible during the entire process. She showed us an incredible amount of great homes in locations we desired. During the inspection and walkthrough process, Ciara went above and beyond to contact multiple vendors to estimate repair costs. This allowed us to have the right ammunition to negotiate amendments to the contract. She was in constant contact with us throughout the whole process, something that provided us a sense of comfort because we felt like someone had our back. We would recommend Ciara to anyone looking to buy or sell in the DMV area!

Ciara Lascano is friendly, easy-going, and thorough. We are first time home buyers, and she really helped us figure out what we were looking for in a house. She never made us feel rushed or pressured to make a decision, and she really took the time to help us find the perfect home within our price range. Beyond that, she was so helpful during all of the offer-making, negotiating, paperwork, etc. She patiently and promptly answered all of our questions, whether they be in person, over the phone, by text, or in an email.
