When Nancy and I first met Cici Leah Campbell, Coldwell Banker Realty, we didn’t have a pre-qualification letter, only the dream of home ownership. However, Cici was hospitable, accommodating and professional despite our lack of preparation. When we did get pre-approved, Cici continued to work tirelessly to make sure our questions were answered and that we were able to see every property that caught our eye.

Once we settled on a property, made an offer and entered into escrow, Cici went into overdrive to help us close the deal and make our dream a reality. "I'd recommend Cici in a heartbeat! In the beginning, we discussed the option of buying a property in L.A. She informed my of options that I didn't even know were available to me and the whole process was very educational and eye-opening. Eventually, I decided I wanted to rent instead, though, and she completely respected my decision. She listened to my reasoning and accepted my decision when other realtors in her position may have pushed me to buy. She then shifted on a dime to help me find a rental long-distance in record time. I've been renting for over 20 years and have never worked with a realtor in the process, but wish I had! She took care of all the negotiations with the landlord and did a FaceTime tour of the place with me. I felt really comfortable signing a lease and making a deposit from another state because I had Cici in my corner. She's organized, responsive, personable, and really cares about her clients. Highly recommend! "
