As a founding member of The Agency’s office in Carmel, Cicily has always forged her own path. The differentiating factor is her more than 20 years of experience designing and developing properties alongside her husband Braden Sterling of Sterling|Huddleson Architecture. Cicily also maintains a network of trusted design and construction professionals, which she proudly refers to as her “team.”

She frequently highlights a home’s unique attributes in her marketing efforts to create a standout product and add value. "We are selling the most important thing in the world that defines even the wealthiest of people—where and how you live,” says Cicily.

Her concierge-level services include an initial property evaluation, an assessment of market trends and comparables, recommendations of improvements alongside a cost analysis and professional staging. When appropriate, Cicily will call upon a team of architects and designers to collaborate with buyers and sellers to determine how their dream home can be achieved.

The Sterling family has lived on the Monterey Peninsula for three generations, Cicily’s appreciation and knowledge of the region run deep. In her limited free time, Cicily enjoys traveling with her family, hiking in Big Sur, yoga, and riding horses.
