I've bought and sold a few places with Cindi over the last several years and I have only good things to say about her. She's hard working, responsive, and will fight for you. But she's not just a pit-bull for hire, we've developed a relationship over this time where we have some funny stories to share, things we can commiserate about, and we wish the best for each other. If you're looking to buy or sell a house you need to hire her, listen to her, and she'll take care of the rest. Can't go wrong!

We had Cindi as our agent in the purchase of our new home. She was very thorough and matched us with our new home to fit our needs perfectly. Our closing had to be rather quick, but she was so good at guiding us through all the steps it went smoothly. I highly recommend both Cindi and Becca for both buyers and sellers.

Being a first-time home buyer not only during a crazy seller's market, but during a pandemic, was super stressful to say the least! Cindi and Rebecca were super responsive and knowledgeable and they were always there to answer questions and help ease those stresses. They truly have their buyers' best interests in mind. We asked a few friends who their realtor had been when they purchased their homes thinking we would get several recommendations. Nope. We got one! Cindi and Becca Couture. After one meeting, (and our dog jumping into Cindi's lap for a snuggle within five minutes of meeting!) we knew we found the right realtors and it only got better from there. Cindi and Becca were so responsive and absolutely professional. Buying during COVID made it even more of an emotional roller coaster and their genuine honesty and humor got us through it. They are the perfect team! No matter what the situation was both or one of them was with us to help answer questions and talk through what we were thinking. We felt supported in every decision that we had to make and there wasn't a single moment where we were left wondering. Through the closing process they kept everything on track and running smoothly with timely reminders. We are so grateful we found them and recommend them highly!

I have known Cindi since 2011. She helped us purchase our first home and we used her several times after to help us with other real estate. Cindi is very knowledgeable and her level of expertise is not easy to find. She will be your advocate and make sure you find what you are looking for. If I bought another property or was selling mine, she would be the only one I would call!

With our most recent sale, we moved out of state and they were very helpful with everything since we had to close remotely. Cindi and Becca are the absolute best!! We were worried about selling our place and getting into a larger home for our family. They were both our selling and purchasing agents. They helped us prioritize work on our home that we were selling and help us competitively price it for the local market. They made it all less stressful and easier to understand. It worked so well we ended up getting well above asking our price within days of listing. They also worked with us purchasing a new home and it was a doozy with MANY hurdles and stumbles on the way due to some problematic sellers. They never stopped working and fighting for us and getting us the best deal we could. They were always available and always willing to talk us through the process. They took a sometimes infuriating situation and made it tolerable. If I ever have to deal with real estate again they will be the first call I make.

We found Cindi and Becca by poring through reviews of seacoast area realtors. In reading many positive reviews, we decided to reach out to enlist them to help with the search for our first home. We had been feeling quite lost in the home buying process by going to open houses ourselves and we were ready for some guidance. Choosing Cindi and Becca as our realtors was one of the best decisions we made last year because it led us to our dream home!
Upon meeting them, we immediately felt comfortable and heard. They really took the time to listen to what we wanted, and helped guide us with their expertise. They really turned this intimidating home buying process into one that was easy and enjoyable. They were always available to help answer questions and did so very quickly. It was so wonderful to work with Cindi - I honestly would recommend her time and again. Here are some things that stand out from my experience with her:

1. Her professionalism and accessibility; I am sure that she was quite busy with other properties and customers, and in spite of this, she was—to me—exceptionally responsive.
2. The ease of the listing process. Instructions were clear and straightforward, and the ability to execute documents electronically was very convenient.
3. How she takes time to provide education is another standout point. For me, as a first-time seller, she broke the process down into clear and simple steps, ensuring that I understood the “why” behind things, when needed.
4. I think she has an excellent spirit of service. Even though I only had a small condo (and even though she represents properties having much higher values), I honestly felt like she provided me first-rate service, the same as she would for more expensive properties.

I appreciate her work with me, and I’d recommend her to anyone.
