Cindi Hastings

Cindi Hastings feels lucky, she gets to do what she loves every day! Her passion is helping her clients find their perfect new home and/or sell their existing home. She’s very detailed oriented and always goes the extra mile to advocate for her clients. She has been with Cottingham Chalk for 13 years and is a consistent top producer. In her rookie year she sold more than any other agent in their rookie year, a record she still holds today. Cindi has been voted Five Star “Best in Client Satisfaction” by her clients every year since 2008. One of her greatest rewards is that so much of her business comes from past clients or referrals from past clients. She has had the pleasure of working with some amazing individuals; she now counts many of those as dear friends.

Cindi also believes in giving back to the community which has blessed her. Through the years she has been a Guardian Ad Litem, a PTA president, a Sunday school teacher, and a Junior Achievement teacher. In addition to being a Realtor, she is also a licensed NC attorney. In that capacity, she represents victims of domestic violence Pro Bono in civil court to obtain a Domestic Violence Protective Order.

Cindi also loves to travel. Her trips have taken her to Italy, Australia, France, Germany, Bermuda, The Netherlands, New Orleans, Martha’s Vineyard, and The Bahamas. The joke in her family is “don’t ask me to go unless you mean it”! Cindi also loves animals. Currently, she has two dogs. However, if you name a domesticated animal, she is sure she has had it at some time. At one time, she had five horses.

As a resident of Charlotte for 32 years Cindi has seen some incredible growth to this wonderful city. She is experienced in selling all over Charlotte and in all of the surrounding areas. She is also licensed in South Carolina. Cindi would love to help you with any of your real estate needs.
