We bought a 3-bedroom condo in the Orlando area. Living in Pennsylvania, we weren't sure what to expect. From submitting an offer to final settlement - Cindy and her team made the entire process very easy. She is very knowledgeable in the real estate market and helped us with inspections, insurance, home warranties and general questions about owning a second home. We've said it a number of times during the process but it should be said again - " We were glad Cindy was on Our team"

First class realtor!
We were so glad to get Cindy as a recommendation from a friend. As we don’t live in Florida And we’re buying a second home we had no idea of the real estate market. From the first time we met her she was informative ,welcoming ,wonderful sense of humor and excellent knowledge of the areas. As most of our search was done remotely , she was very thorough in commentary about homes ,neighborhoods , developments, and was an expert at taking videos. I had a lot of specifics which made the search challenging. We were grateful we had her to navigate this market, and was thrilled that we were able to find our vacation home is a very short timeframe. I would recommend her to anyone who is buying in the area and will definitely use her again if the opportunity arises. We have definitely gained a friend, not just a realtor.

Cindy went above and beyond for me. She understood me and what i was looking for. She used her own insticts as a mother to look for something that will benefit not only me but my kids well. Now she is helping my own parents find a home here in Florida as well, and they moved down from Chicago, IL. I recommend her 1000%

Cindy was able to bring in an offer higher than our asking price. She has contractors and vendors on speed dial just in case something pops up, which in my case, it did. I never had to worry about anything during the process. Very efficient and personable. Will be giving her a call on my next venture.
