About Cindy

Raised in Chico with a Real Estate investor family, my father gave me the understanding I needed to become a very knowledgeable Real Estate Agent. Upon graduation from high school, I attended Chico State University, obtaining 2 Bachelors degrees, in Business Administration/Human Resource Management/Accounting, and in M.I.S.

After college I raised three children and loved the opportunity to watch them grow into outstanding adults. I worked corporate accounting and Human Resource Management for many years. I never was completely happy with my career choice. Upon deciding to become a licensed Realtor, I found I love putting buyers and sellers together for a positive outcome, and do it well. Real Estate had been my hobby for many years, now it's the career I love.

I treat each client in the way I like to be treated, strive to be available when you are, listen to your needs and follow through, I truly care about each clients goals. I strive to make you feel like your my only client and always communicate.

I wrote a false review on Cindy earlier. I was lied to by another realtor and a homebuying company about Century 21 and Cindy. Cindy even got covid through the process and still managed to sell our house on time and get us the most money she could. she powered through all of it and still sold our house and helped us like family. and I apologize whole heartily for any damages my review may have caused her. I was extremely lucky finding one of the greatest realtors in the butte county area.

Cindy understands that the home buying and selling process is extremely stressful. Her word is gold and she goes above and beyond for every single one of her clients. Just tell her your expectations and priorities and she will show real results. She knows her way around the real estate market as well as the construction industry with years of experience. She's the kind of real estate agent that you dream of finding.
