“Have you ever noticed how many real estate agents there are? In my mind, there are too many—-fortunately for my wife and I we met Cindy Darling. What started as a business relationship, today we consider a friendship. Cindy was the buyers’ agent for the sale of our home, and we did not have an agent as we ‘sold it on our own’. On our own sort of—-Cindy made the experience enjoyable for both the buyer and for us, the seller, as she assisted any way needed. Always available, quick to answer any questions or address any concerns we may have had. Things could not have gone more smoothly. That was only the start. After such a great experience, we invited Cindy to assist with the sale of my cousin’s house. Being power of attorney for my cousin we took the initiative to sell his home to simplify his life. Less than 48 hours after listing, we had an accepted full asking price offer. Again, that was only the start. I cannot go into ALL of the hurdles we encountered because of an older home inspection that raised some issues. Cindy often went above and beyond what would be expected from any Realtor to gather the estimates to rectify the issues. She then coordinated the work to be done, all with no inconvenience to me or my cousin. Cindy is a great communicator who alleviated any misunderstanding or ‘surprises’ that could occur, especially in a complicated sale such as this. At the end, the buyer was ecstatic with moving into their dream home without any inspection issues and we are thrilled that my cousin is living his golden years in a simpler setting.”
