Look, just stop reading and ask Cindy to be your realtor. She's warm, intelligent, and a total pro. As a bonus, she's genuinely super fun to work with and will make your housing search a blast.

A few selected moments with Cindy that convinced me she’s a level above other realtors I've worked with:

When we went out looking at places for the first time, there was one place that wasn’t on our list that I thought was borderline and probably not a fit. I mentioned it to Cindy and she immediately said “want to go see it now?”. It was across town and we’d already seen three places but Cindy didn’t bat an eye at jumping on the phone and getting a showing set up for half an hour later. We ended up buying that house.

During the closing period, the seller had hired a flat-rate real estate firm that was clearly uninterested in putting in much effort. Cindy repeatedly offered to take on responsibilities that were not hers as the buyer’s agent, like meeting an appraiser, in order to get the deal over the finish line. Talk about going the extra mile.

She can negotiate with the best of them and has a keen sense of when to push and when to back off. We got lucky with a property that had some room for negotiation and Cindy provided masterful advice that got us a big discount off asking price. Even in this crazy market where negotiation often isn’t possible, I’d trust Cindy to know the right price point that will win you the deal.

Call Cindy. You’ll be writing a five star review in a few months from your new house, I promise.

Cindy was the best choice we could have made when picking a real estate agent. The current market in Denver is extremely seller-friendly with a major shortage of homes on the market to boot.
Cindy started our relationship with an explanation of the realities of this market, which was much appreciated.
We then started picking places to look at. She was responsive to all of our requests as to what we wanted to see, was prompt to all viewing appointments, and was super knowledgeable as we looked at places.
When we decided on a home, she turned around paperwork almost immediately and we had an offer in very quickly. This is when we started hitting speed bumps and when Cindy really went above and beyond.
My initial lender sent an appraiser to the home and the appraisal came back 10% lower than the asking price (which, given market conditions mentioned above, is absurd). Cindy put together a large package of material to dispute the appraisal, but things weren't looking good, and the dispute was rejected. Instead of giving up, Cindy was able to facilitate a super fast switch to a new lender, scheduled a new appraisal, met that appraiser at the home (something the seller's agent is traditionally supposed to do) and helped this new appraiser see the proper value of the home. With Cindy's help, the second appraisal came back at the asking price and we were able to move ahead with the purchase.
Cindy truly went above and beyond to get us into the home we wanted and deserves every 5 star review she has.

Cindy deserves 5+ stars for how amazing she is! My husband and I started working with Cindy as we looked to buy our first home. That was the best decision we could have made!

Not only is Cindy incredibly knowledgeable about buying, selling, and owning homes, she is incredibly thorough. She made sure she knew what we were looking for, and pointed out important aspects of each home for us to consider. She answered every question we had, and did everything in her power to give us a shot at any home we were interested in. We were also looking into Homes for Heroes, and Cindy immediately went to work on becoming certified to work with the program, or give us the benefits even if it couldn't happen in time.

Less than one week after we went under contract for our house, I was in a serious car crash. I was in the hospital until shortly before we closed. Cindy answered every question we had, and went to bat for us to make sure we were fully taken care of in every single situation that arose. She was very through our inspection, and made sure everything was on track for closing constantly. Even as things got complicated on the seller's end, Cindy made sure that both ends of the contract were upheld, and was clear and diligent in all of her communication. She was available whenever we needed her, and I could not be more grateful to have had someone so knowledgeable and trustworthy advocating for us at such a difficult time.

As we moved forward through the process, Cindy also had a list of experts she could recommend as we asked for them. All of them have been amazing as well.

To say that Cindy Dassinger has earned our business and our recommendation to everyone we know is an understatement. She goes above and beyond the call of duty in every situation. Working with Cindy means going through one of the biggest purchase/sales experiences of your life with someone who is kind, knowledgeable, responsible, and trustworthy. We could not give her a higher recommendation.
