Cindy was amazing! We were connected to her through our lender and right away she began helping us. She set up multiple viewings and helped us recognize our likes and dislikes and things that would work for our family and things that would not work. She was hands on and helpful with the closing process to allow it to go as smoothly as possible! All in all, she was very thorough and thoughtful! She was also understanding of us having our 10 month old with us and was a big help with her!

We were first time home buyers and knew absolutely nothing about the process. Cindy was absolutely amazing and answered every single question that we could have ever come up with and never treated us like we were dumb or anything. She worked around the clock to help us get our dream House. She would even go and meet us according to my husbands or my work schedule. She helped us with resources to get the house inspection done and the roof done. Cindy was a pleasure to work with. So if you need a great real estate agent, one that is kind,loyal and very trustworthy she is your person.

Cindy did a fabulous job of helping us find our new home. She is personable, knowledgeable, and very communicative. We were moving from out of state (WA) to Missouri. She met us on our only trip out to MO before we moved. We only had an afternoon and a morning to look for houses. She had several lined up, all of which met our criteria. We found a home and put an offer in on it. She helped with the work on the ground while we were back in Washington. She was there for the inspections (home, septic, etc) and kept us up to date throughout the whole process. Unfortunately, this house fell through (inspection uncovered a lot). Cindy was on the ball and immediately started helping us find a new home. One had just come up on the market that we really liked. She wasted no time. She set up a virtual tour and did not rush through the process of showing us the home and surrounding property - everything from the sights to the sounds to the smells. We were able to submit an offer, go through inspections (with her attending again), and successfully close on our new home with no problems. She also set up a last-minute walk through a couple hours before we signed the papers. Overall, Cindy was a pleasure to work with. We are grateful to have worked with Cindy and would definitely chose to work with her again in the future!

Cindy was amazing! We made a cross country move. During our time in Washington state she did everything to make sure the house showings were like we were there. She video chatted us and described how the temperature of the house was, what smells she could smell, close ups of the amazing features of each house, and gave us her honest concerns if there was possible structure issues that she could see.
