Cindy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management and Marketing along with two master’s degrees in education. She does not remember a time when she was not craving an opportunity to learn and grow as a professional.
Cindy’s work history is pretty nuts. She has been selling real estate for 15 years while also serving the community as a school principal for nine of those years. She now teaches college and high school business classes. Cindy finished 2018 in the top 9% of all realtors in Grand Junction and surrounding areas and is now ranked in the top 4% in 2019 because she the most amazing clients ever! From her work as a school principal and teacher, Cindy has had the distinct pleasure and opportunity to become an expert regarding the school programming for the D51 schools in the Grand Valley.
In June of 2015, Cindy finally "married" her two careers into Colorado Real Estate Consulting & Educational Services, Inc. (or CRECES, Inc.) which is a compilation of real estate sales & consulting and teaching continuing education credit courses as well as the 168-hour pre-licensing courses through a collaborative with the real estate training center.
Cindy also serves her community by teaching free financial literacy workshops and presenting at large community events, such as the Western Slope Economic Leadership Conference at Colorado Mesa University. She has always said that "Education is my passion... Real Estate is my addiction." Cindy is also always saying that she does "get paid to make friends in real estate," because it is true.
Cindy has been told that she is a "bulldog in sheep's clothing." While not exactly sure if that is a compliment, it is true that she is fiercely aggressive when it comes to getting the best possible deal for her clients.
For fun, Cindy enjoys mountain-biking, ice-climbing, snow-skiing, hiking, camping, fishing, golfing, river rafting, weight-training, scuba diving, and visiting Disneyland and Universal Studios.
