First, let me say that I have nothing to gain from this endorsement. The opportunity to do so is enought. My wife and I discovered Cindy Fox by taking the advice of many columnists in national magazines, Potomac News, Washington Times and Washington Post: Interview at least three realtors and then make a decision. We interviewed six. Cindy and her team were head and shoulders above the rest. We've known Cindy Fox for 22 years and has been involved with buying AND selling at least two homes. The first, we accomplished while dealing with her by phone and fax from Japan. You can only imagine how hard it could have been... and how easy she and her team made it. She communicates as the process goes on without leaving you in the dark. She pulls no punches with what it might take to sell your home. She has a major PLUS: She doesn't unrealistically jack up the price on the home you are trying to sell and as a result... realistic offers appear in unbelievable numbers... and qualified buyers come to your door. She has blessed us in the selling process by having our homes on the market for only a short amount of time. She is willing to work with you... and answer your questions and concerns outside of normal working hours. Bottom Line: She represents you either as a buyer or seller AS IF she were the one trying to buy or sell HER OWN HOME.

Cindy Fox is THE BEST agent in Virginia (maybe the US). Her professionalism, attitude and go-getter attitude is amazing. I have worked with Cindy several times and will not only use her again as my agent but will recommended her to anyone. Cindy tells you what will happen and when and she nails it every time. She explains every step of process and stays with you even past the closing. I simply tell people - Whatever Cindy tells you, do it. She will NOT steer your wrong and she will always be on your side.

My husband and I didn't realize we could buy a home until we sat down with Cindy. She is extremely knowledgeable and we trusted every bit of advice she gave us. We felt confident she had our best interest in mind and we were so thankful for the peace of mind she gave us through the entire home buying process. She is sweet, funny, understanding and will do anything to make sure you get the best deal and make the most informed decision. It was so awesome buying our first home and we wouldn't have wanted anyone else beside us as we signed that paperwork but her. She is not just a wonderful Realtor but a wonderful person and it is an honor to endorse her.
