Teresa, where do we even begin? From the moment I spoke on the phone with her, I knew my husband and I would be in the best of hands. I am a resident doctor and Teresa was able to explain the entire process to us, and be our greatest advocate when touring properties. She always made time for us, even while during her vacation! She is truly incredible, so kind-hearted, and dedicated to her clients. She was present for the full two and a half hour inspection, helping us point out things to our builder since it was our first experience buying a home. Choosing a realtor is no easy task, almost as difficult as picking the perfect home. This was not our first home purchase and we had dealt with some good and not so good realtors in the past. It would have been easy to just go with someone we had used in the past, but after careful review and research we decided to go with someone new, specifically Holly Tutin with the Cindy Gavin Remax team.

With the average home in 32223 taking around 74 days to sell, we were concerned that our home would fall into that pit or worse. Our schedule was very tight. To include, dual closings on the same day. Doing a single closing can be challenging and ensuring all the parts, pieces and people fall into place to make a dual closing work can't be done wiout a solid team. We were fortunate and were able to get in contract in 4 days and closed in 40! The Cindy Gavin team is a team you can trust.

From the start Holly was upfront with how she was going to sell our home, on time and for a price that we wanted. She and her team were always easy to communicate with, paper work was easially electronically signed and there were no questions or concerns that did not go unanswered. All showings and questions from other realtors were handled quickly by Holly, she had our best interest mind the entire time and there was never a question as to who she was working for.

As a Navy family, we bounce around the country every few years. After landing in Jacksonville we decided it was finally time for us to buy a home, but as first-time home buyers we were nervous about taking on a huge commitment in a town we didn't know.

I don't know how we found Cindy, but we were so lucky to have connected with her and her team. She and Kim were incredibly helpful and patient. We got cold feet at one point, and decided to back away from the home buying process. They were incredibly understanding and wished us the best of luck, even though they had spent a ton of time showing us more than ten houses.

Once we sorted through our priorities and decided it was time for us to actually buy a home (less than a week after we quit... long story), Cindy and Kim were just as patient and accommodating. We found a great home for our family, that checked off all of the things we wanted in a home, complete with a big back yard, friendly neighbors, proximity to an awesome coffee shop, and a fresh, clean, modern look. Plus, it's just a short walk from two playgrounds. Our kids love it.

We highly, highly, highly recommend Cindy Gavin, Kim King, Sheila Bonanno, and the rest of the Cindy Gavin team. They will take great care of you!
