Cindy Gorsica

Cindy Gorsica entered the South Florida real estate profession in 1985, and was instrumental as director of sales and marketing for groundbreaking, master planned residential communities and condominiums for leading national and international builder developers. Over the years, Cindy has been recognized in the Florida builder industry for her accomplishments with five Prism Awards for marketing, the Aurora Marketing Award, and the Million Dollar Circle Platinum Award for $85,000,000 of volume sales in a calendar year. She served as Broker for leading developers in Dade and Broward Counties, and owned her own successful real estate firm for many years.

Cindy holds the notable achievement of having sold 110 residential properties in a single calendar year, as well as 157 condominium residences in a single calendar year. Her clients include professional athletes and executives in the entertainment industry. With an intuitive sense of what works and what doesn’t, Cindy is able to deliver results for the most discerning of buyers and sellers. And with years of experience in South Florida, Cindy knows just where to look, and how to find the right property to meet your lifestyle needs.

She obtained her Transnational Referral Certification from the International Consortium of Real Estate Associations, served as Vice President & President-Elect of the Women’s Council of Fort Lauderdale Chapter & held national membership. Passionate and fun-loving, Cindy brings these traits to her real estate transactions, and clients enjoy her open, approachable demeanor. A resident of Fort Lauderdale, and avid golfer and philanthropist, Cindy finds South Florida easy to love, and a delightful place in which to do business.
