About Cindy

Georgia Fern’s daughter, Cindy Hart, became a real estate professional back in 2004. Through her hard work and determination, laced with unwavering encouragement from Georgia, Cindy became successful and even managed to weather the 2008 market crash. Cindy obtained her Broker’s License and founded Fern Leaf Real Estate—named in honor of her biggest fan—founded on principles of cooperation, mutual support, and service excellence.

Cindy observed the typical practices of the real estate business at that time and knew she could do better for the clients. Fern Leaf Real Estate was one of the first agencies to employ a team concept that gives each client access to several agents and therefore, uninterrupted support. These agents are thoroughly vetted and hand-picked by Cindy to ensure that each one provides incredible customer service, cooperates well with the team, and just plain knows her stuff!

The agency has experienced steady growth over the years as word has spread about just how good a real estate experience can be. Cindy continues to hone her craft daily as an active agent in the firm as well as its principal broker.
