Cindy was an excellent partner in my first home sale. As a military officer who is no longer stationed in the area, Cindy walked me through the entire process. She was kind, attentive, and very professional. It was a very easy process with Cindy as my agent. She took extra care to help with cleaning the property prior to closing and liaised with the property management company throughout the transaction on my behalf. She was clear, communicative, and explained everything in detail. She was also very responsive via email and text. It was a pleasure working with Cindy and I'd encourage anyone looking to sell or buy a home in the area to work with her! She will go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met!

Very pleased to have worked with Cindy to sell our house. Cindy was very responsive and especially good at handling the details surrounding preparing a house for inspection and sale while I was on the other side of the country. She remained in constant contact, updating us on the progress of the preparation all the way through signing and the sale. Would work with her again without hesitation.

Simply the best experience I've ever had with a realtor whether buying or selling. Cindy is the epitome of the consummate professional, the person you can depend upon at every turn who has the knowledge, skills and ability to get the job done. Furthermore, and just as important, Cindy is very personable, cares about the client and tells it like it is whether the news is good or where possible issues may arise. She will advise and fight for the clients best interests.

Cindy was so, so wonderful to work with. We sold our house through her this month (June 2020), which has been a pretty crazy time to try to sell a house. She exceeded our expectations on every aspect of the process, helping facilitate the transition from our home being a rental property to marketing and negotiating the sale. We're located on the West Coast and the entire thing was painless. Honestly, it was so easy that on the day of the sale, I was surprised that we were already finished.- the process felt that smooth!
