Cindy Mead

Specializing in lake and vacation properties in the Southern Adirondacks, I began my Real Estate career in 1995 and purchased Gallo Realty in 2001. I have a great team working with me at Gallo and we definitely "know the area". I was born and raised in the Chestertown/Brant Lake community, have raised four children here (one of whom is the top producer in the office, but then again....she had a good teacher!) and I'm fortunate to have found a career that I absolutely love!

I have served on the Board of Directors of the Warren County Multiple Listing Service and my Realtor designations include Resort & Second Home Property Specialist, EPro, Certified Negotiation Expert, and Accredited Buyer Representative.

I helped develop a local Tri-Lakes Business Alliance and have served on most committees and as secretary for the past 5 years. The TLBA sponsors “An Adirondack Woof Stock”, the Chestertown Farmer’s Market, Rum Runners Weekend, a Taste of the Tri-Lakes and the Brant Lake Winter Carnival plus many other activities to promote tourism in our area, and I was also awarded the 2015 Community Service Award from the New York State Association of Realtors for my involvement in this organization.
