Cindy began her real estate career in 2003 working with a local builder, where she gained valuable insight into the new construction process. This experience allows her to help clients confidently navigate every step of buying, selling, or building a home.

She is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and VA Certified Realtor, giving her the expertise to assist first-time buyers, seasoned homeowners, and military families. Cindy believes that every successful real estate transaction begins with listening. By taking the time to understand her clients’ goals and priorities, she is able to create a personalized strategy that helps them move from start to finish with confidence.

Cindy’s dedication to her clients is reflected in her results. In her first year with Lopp Realtors, her listings averaged just 37 days on the market and achieved a 98% list-to-sale price ratio, demonstrating her commitment to effective marketing and strong negotiations.

A lifelong resident of Southern Indiana, Cindy offers deep local knowledge of the communities, neighborhoods, and market trends that matter most to her clients.

When she’s not helping clients buy or sell their homes, Cindy enjoys spending time with her husband of 40 years, their two sons, daughters-in-law, and four grandchildren. She also enjoys camping, playing cards with friends, and hopes to spend more time traveling throughout the United States in the future.

Cindy surpassed all my expectations of a real estate agent. Not only did she keep me updated on new homes that matched my criteria, she wouldn't hesitate to show me to the houses that I wanted to look into. The house I decided on, she had taken me there 3 or 4 times so I could take my family and get their input as well. In the process of purchasing the house, she was beyond helpful. My bank didn’t do a very good job of assisting me with my questions and luckily Cindy would keep me updated on what the next step was and what I should expect throughout the process. Without a doubt I would recommend Cindy Niehoff to all of my family and friends!

we decided to work with Cindy Niehoff because we had know her casually thru work. We felt she would keep our best interests in mind and keep us well informed throughout the entire process. I am glad to report she well exceeded our expectations in every way. Cindy followed up on things we asked about and provided us with information we didnt even know we needed yet.
