We were up against a hard competition between houses, I told Cindy we want this house 100%. She got us a perfect contract which literally guaranteed us the win for the bid. We won our dream home and I cannot be happier, she was very helpful through the whole process and always got back to my texts, I could text her at any hour and she will get back to me. And I am still in contact with her to help my aunt find her dream home. It took my brother and I forever to find a good agent on Zillow, once Cindy called and we told her our plan, she literally went to work that night and our bid was won the next day. We got out bid by another person but our escalation clause came to the rescue and we secured the win! Thank you Cindy youre the best!
