This was the second time I worked with Kristy and she is phenomenal in every way she makes the process very easy and worry free anytime If I had a question she always answers me back as soon as she could. He’s the ace you NEED!!! I rarely do reviews But often read them when deciding on how to proceed. So trust me when I say Shawn is EXCEPTIONAL! It isn’t just he’s a subject matter expert. He was prepared to anticipate the Next step & act on it Before I could start stressing about it! I wasn’t ready yet when I met him & a Lot of agents would have given up on me. We just closed on the second property we’ve purchased with the help of Christy Cade. It was a crazy roller coast ride because of an incommunicative, irresponsible and uncooperative seller, but Christy was patient and persistent. Cindy and her team are experts, period. They combine years of professionalism with a heavy dose of compassion - smoothing the way for their clients during what could otherwise be a stressful process in life. I have only good things to say. She sold our home within a week, while her team-member, Kristy, showed us immense patience during our long and picky search for our new forever home. The Shetterly Team are also fantastic community members, fund-raising for charities throughout the year. Cindy is amazing and she knows she can't do it all so she has assembled the hands down best team I have ever worked with to ensure they can do everything.
