He took the time to explain the house buying process to us (first-time home buyers), and then proceeded to patiently show us several other houses in our price range. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the process and communicative. We loved working with him so much that he was our first call when we moved 2 years later. The second time around, he was out of town when we saw our perfect house show up online. He went above and beyond getting us a chance to see it that day and ultimately buy that house. He’s the ace you NEED!!! I rarely do reviews But often read them when deciding on how to proceed. So trust me when I say Shawn is EXCEPTIONAL! It isn’t just he’s a subject matter expert. He was prepared to anticipate the Next step & act on it Before I could start stressing about it! I wasn’t ready yet when I met him & a Lot of agents would have given up on me. He helped me with my game plan & would check in on Me to see how I was doing. Never Any pressure! Straight forward, honest & showed genuine interest not one looking for the payoff ASAP.
I found out on a Sunday afternoon I was prequalified & at the Last minute asked Shawn if he could get me in to see it. Even though I’m sure he had plans we met up & he didn’t just patiently take me through the house, he saw my vision!
Most agents would have discouraged me from even pursuing the home I wanted as it was listed as a Commercial property. Shawn didn’t tell me what I couldn’t do. He HELPED ME & when I got a little nervous he pushed through! I have the house of my dreams Because Shawn cared enough to take care! We just closed on the second property we’ve purchased with the help of Christy Cade. It was a crazy roller coast ride because of an incommunicative, irresponsible and uncooperative seller, but Christy was patient and persistent. Shawn as well as the whole team really worked hard for me and my wife's first home. They were not shy about contacting us if they ever needed something from us, and they made us feel just as comfortable about texting or calling them, no matter how trivial the question, regardless of time of day or night. They are rarely unavailable, but if they are, they make it their top priority to respond to you asap. They made the whole process less stressful and the most stressful parts more manageable. She was very knowledgeable about the whole buying/selling process and explained things thoroughly and once we had signed the papers to buy and to sell, she was kept on top of what we needed to do and kept us informed. From the buying side, Marcie was with us each and every step of the way. She went above and beyond working tirelessly to help us find our dream home. She worked with our crazy schedules and gave us thoughtful insights and advice that made the buying process as stress free as possible. Even when we were frustrated in such a hot market, she always remained positive and helped us to feel confident that we would find the right home for our family. The Cindy Shetterly team is nothing short of spectacular! My husband and I were in a position to sell our home and we needed to move it quickly. We contacted their team and they had our home on the market and sold within 3 days of listing. We had a total of 8 showings (maybe more) and we received constant feedback along the way. It was great to work with Cindy and her team. This is the first time I've sold a property, and she helped me navigate all the confusing aspects of the process. She also provided me with a wealth of valuable information when it came to deciding how much to sell for, when to sell, and how to navigate moving into a new home once I sold my old.
